Schedule: Full-time, Sunday to Thursday

What you will do

Answer every new inquiry the same day – phone, WhatsApp, and email
Pin down exactly what the client needs: dates, travelers, budget
Arrange the full trip – hotel, flights, car rental, and an apartment that fits
Work directly with hotels and providers – availability, rates, confirmations
Send clear quotes, follow up, and close the booking
Collect deposits and confirm every detail
Check in with clients mid-trip and log their feedback
Keep every lead in the CRM with a status and a next step – nothing lives in your head

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent spoken Yiddish, English, and Hebrew
Extremely organized – flawless CRM and follow-up discipline. This is the heart of the job.
Confident with computers
Clear, professional written English
In our Beit Shemesh office full-time, Sunday–Thursday
